Microsoft President Brad Smith warned against export controls that would harm efforts to get other countries to use U.S. artificial intelligence technologies.
“We can't have export controls that are so restrictive that it prevents us from bringing these services to other countries,” Smith said during a virtual talk with a D.C. think tank.
