House AI draft report heading to task force members

The much-anticipated report from the House’s artificial intelligence task force has been drafted and will be sent to the panel’s members for feedback within days, Rep. Jay Obernolte (R-Calif.) told Punchbowl News.

Obernolte, the task force’s chair, said members will get “some time to review” the draft of the report on how lawmakers should tackle AI. Then he’ll collect feedback at a task force meeting.
