House GOP efforts to pass a national digital privacy law and update data use rules in financial services will face difficulties, Rep. John Joyce (R-Pa.) said Wednesday.
Joyce, who’s playing a key role in the debate, said he’s still pushing to pass the bills by the end of the year. In his bills’ case, that’d follow multiple sessions at the House Energy and Commerce Committee kicking off soon.
