Rubio, once TikTok’s biggest enemy, defers to Trump

Sen. Marco Rubio (R-Fla.) has been Washington’s loudest critic of TikTok and the national security risks associated with it.

But Rubio, who’s Donald Trump’s nominee for secretary of State, now appears to be deferring to the president-elect’s friendlier posture toward the Chinese-owned social media platform.
