The Supreme Court handed down a massive ruling Friday that’s already rattling Capitol Hill and the Trump administration.
The court found in a 6-3 decision that IEEPA doesn’t authorize the president to impose tariffs, knocking out the vast majority of the levies that President Donald Trump has been using to wage his trade wars.
