Senate Commerce uneasy with existing KOSA versions

The Senate Commerce Committee is looking for updates to the Kids Online Safety Act that can win approval in the House after the concerns of GOP leadership in the lower chamber killed the popular Senate bill last year.

The Commerce panel is still waiting for a House proposal and doesn’t necessarily plan to agree to every change, according to a Republican aide who outlined the committee’s thinking.
