Political groups that oppose auctioning off radio frequencies controlled by the Pentagon are ramping up their effort to make sure the sales don’t get approved by Congress.
The groups are framing the spectrum auctions under consideration for the GOP reconciliation bill as a risk to national security. They are populating the airwaves with ads as Republicans remain divided over whether to make more spectrum commercially available.
