Teen privacy bill is latest tech issue to flounder in House

Updating online privacy laws to cover teens was supposed to be a layup. Instead, it is the latest tech issue falling short in the House.

Supporters will likely have to take up the Children and Teens’ Online Privacy Protection Act next year, Rep. Tim Walberg (R-Mich.) said.
