Rep. Lori Trahan (D-Mass.) is running to replace Rep. Dean Phillips (D-Minn.) as co-chair of the Democratic Policy and Communications Committee. Phillips stepped down from his role in House Democratic leadership after publicly criticizing President Joe Biden for running for reelection.
