Scoop 2. Sens. Cynthia Lummis (R-Wyo.), Thom Tillis (R-N.C.), Bernie Moreno (R-Ohio), Ruben Gallego (D-Ariz.) and Kirsten Gillibrand (D-N.Y.) will convene Tuesday morning to discuss the latest in market structure talks, per multiple sources familiar.
