Vault: K Street not expecting prediction markets crackdown

Lobbyists are bearish on the odds that Congress takes up a crackdown on mobile gambling and prediction markets this year, though there’s been some growing interest in the idea.

Just 17% of senior K Street leaders say legislation addressing the issue is likely in 2026, compared to 72% who view it as unlikely, according to our latest Canvass survey. The responses were relatively even across party lines.
