Top House and Senate Democrats, shut out of any real power in GOP-run Washington, are resorting to a blitz of press conferences, stunts and public letters in a bid to bring attention to what President Donald Trump and Hill Republicans are doing.

Will it work? Unclear. Does it have any real impact? No. Are there other options? Not at this point.
