Federal prosecutors formally charged Ryan Wesley Routh, the alleged attempted assassin, this morning in federal court in West Palm Beach, Fla. Routh faces two federal charges right now: possession of a firearm as a convicted felon and possession of a firearm with an obliterated serial number. Routh said he had no savings and earns $3,000 each month, according to the AP.
