Gershkovich, Whelan are coming home

The Biden administration has orchestrated the largest prisoner swap with Russia since the Cold War, freeing Wall Street Journal reporter Evan Gershkovich and Marine veteran Paul Whelan in exchange for a Russian hitman who was held in Germany. Russian-American journalist Alsu Kurmasheva was also freed.
