The tariffs are coming

Tariff day: In a highly anticipated Rose Garden ceremony, President Donald Trump announced reciprocal American tariffs of at least 10% on dozens of countries that place tariffs on U.S. imports.

Under Trump’s orders, the reciprocal tariff on Chinese imports will be 34%, while European Union imports will be assessed a 20% tariff. South Korea’s tariff will be 25%, and Taiwan’s tariff will be 32%. Australia and the United Kingdom will face a 10% tariff.
