CISA may have a Rand Paul problem

We’re getting to crunch time on reauthorizing a key national cybersecurity law.

The Cybersecurity Information Sharing Act of 2015, which encourages tech companies to share cyber threats with the government, will lapse on Oct. 1, unless Congress acts. The law governs the work of the Homeland Security Department’s Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency.
