Cyber agency ‘censored speech,’ Cruz report says

Senate Commerce Committee Chair Ted Cruz (R-Texas) released a 40-page report Monday alleging the Biden administration’s top cybersecurity agency engaged in “censorship” of online speech.

The report’s release comes as the Trump administration is under fire for allegedly interfering with Americans’ free speech.

Cruz, a notable Republican critic of the Federal Communications Commission during the recent Jimmy Kimmel kerfuffle, is urging Congress to crack down on censorship “regardless of who occupies the White House.”
