Senate Democrats are demanding a “full, independent and transparent investigation” in an alleged U.S. missile attack on a girls’ school in Iran that left at least 180 people dead on the opening day of the Iran war.
Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer slammed President Donald Trump for suggesting that Iran may have used U.S.-made Tomahawk missiles on the Shajareh Tayyiba school in southern Iran. CNN reported at least 168 children and 14 teachers were killed in the attack. The school is located next to an Iranian naval base.
