The plan — as you see — costs $618 billion. It includes $130 billion for unemployment insurance at $300 per week. It includes $220 billion for direct payments at $1,000 per person. And it includes $20 billion for a national vaccination program. Democrats have preemptively said this plan is not enough. Biden will hear more at 5 p.m. today.
