Jordan delays second speaker vote

Following a disastrous first vote on the House floor, Judiciary Committee Chair Jim Jordan (R-Ohio) has delayed a second vote on his candidacy for speaker until 11 a.m. Wednesday.

Jordan had a rough, rough day. After 20 Republicans voted against him, Jordan has had difficulty shrinking his opposition, sources involved in the whip operation told us.
