KOSA talks may be getting tougher

The stars were supposed to be aligning for the Kids Online Safety Act in 2025. So far, though, it seems like lawmakers may be getting further apart.

As we’ve been talking to key supporters of the bill, we’ve discovered that the Senate and the House may be moving in different directions over a key provision — the legal “duty of care” in the bill.
