A majority of senior Capitol Hill staffers oppose the Trump administration's renaming of the Department of Defense to the Department of War, according to our most recent Canvass survey.
President Donald Trump signed an executive order to rebrand the DoD last month, lamenting that the previous name was “woke.” The survey found that 69% of senior Hill staffers oppose renaming the department.
