House lawmakers send bipartisan warning to DOL on ‘fiduciary’ rule

A bipartisan group of House lawmakers led by Reps. French Hill (R-Ark.) and David Scott (D-Ga.) wrote to acting Department of Labor Secretary Julie Su on Monday urging the government to abandon a proposal that updates the legal definition of “fiduciary.”
