The influence game: The Business Roundtable had a big tax fly-in this past week. Two dozen corporate tax directors met with lawmakers on Thursday to discuss preserving the 21% corporate tax rate, international taxes and their view that the 2017 Trump tax cuts were an economic success.

The Tax Cuts and Jobs Act gave families $1,500 yearly, boosted small businesses, and strengthened U.S. competitiveness. Allowing it to expire would jeopardize this progress. Congress: Renew the TCJA to secure growth and prosperity for all.
