A pair of Democrats is out with a bill this week aimed at making mortgages more accessible for potential homebuyers who speak limited English.

The measure from Rep. Sylvia Garcia (D-Texas) and Sen. Laphonza Butler (D-Calif.) would eventually mandate that the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau translate mortgage documents into 12 different languages, according to a draft of the bill we obtained ahead of its release. Read it here.
