Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-Mass.) said she was “ready” to be next ranking member of the Senate Banking Committee, telling reporters she was prepared to use the panel’s tools to fight for “working families.”
The remarks Tuesday night come just hours after Sen. Mark Warner (D-Va.) made it official that he would not depart the Senate Intelligence Committee as the top Democrat.
