The board of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corp. voted Friday to create two independent offices designed to overhaul the beleaguered agency’s responsiveness to sexual harassment and other forms of misconduct.
This is one of the most concrete steps the FDIC has taken to date in response to an independent report that found the agency has failed to prevent systemic harassment from going unpunished.
