House passes challenge to crypto bulletin

The House approved a Congressional Review Act challenge that would overturn a controversial piece of Securities and Exchange Commission guidance imposing restrictions on banks that want to provide custody services for digital assets.

The House voted 228-182, with 21 Democrats joining Republicans to advance the CRA resolution.
