All the news we heard at this week’s only SEC hearing

There was a lot of chatter swirling around the Securities and Exchange Commission this morning courtesy of Congress. Let’s dive in.

The House hosted the agency’s five commissioners, and that hearing is ongoing. SEC Chair Gary Gensler was also set to testify in the Senate on Wednesday, but the Banking Committee decided today to postpone the hearing due to scheduling conflicts.
