Banking Republicans relent on a reconciliation mystery

Scoop: Senate Banking Republicans finally got an answer to a reconciliation mystery that’s been plaguing the committee all month: What the heck the $1 billion set aside for the Defense Production Act would be used for by the Trump administration.
