Bill Cassidy eyes Medicare crackdown for health package

Sen. Bill Cassidy (R-La.) is hoping to include a bipartisan bill going after Medicare fraud in any year-end health talks.

Cassidy, a member of the Senate Finance Committee, which has jurisdiction over Medicare, said he’s eyeing his Medicare Advantage legislation as an option during negotiations over a potential health package.
