Fate of Gaetz report may be decided this week

The fate of the long-awaited House Ethics Committee report on former Rep. Matt Gaetz (R-Fla.) may finally be decided this week.

The secretive panel is tentatively scheduled to gather Wednesday for a closed-door meeting where committee members are expected to discuss how to proceed, according to sources familiar with the plans.
