Mark Green will leave Congress after reconciliation passes

News: House Homeland Security Committee Chair Mark Green (R-Tenn.) will resign from Congress as soon as the House votes again on the reconciliation bill.

Green issued a statement after Punchbowl News broke the news earlier this evening.
