The House Democratic Caucus’ meeting this morning on Joe Biden’s political standing was a reflection of the public conversation around the 81-year-old president’s reelection bid. Democrats are in the political jam of a lifetime as they try to rally around the octogenarian president who had trouble finishing thoughts during the presidential debate nearly two weeks ago.
