The House is at war with itself, and the crypto agenda is on the line.

For the second day in a row, conservatives have ground House business to a halt. After passing a motion to reconsider on the rule – effectively to allow debate on the GOP’s crypto agenda – Republicans are now completely stalled out in trying to pass the rule for a second time.
