Jim Jordan says he has questions about GOP leadership’s governing strategy

DORAL, Fla. – Rep. Jim Jordan (R-Ohio), one of the House’s most influential conservatives, said House GOP leadership should reconsider its legislative strategy, a new wrinkle in the fight to get the federal government funded and pass President Donald Trump’s agenda.

During an interview here Tuesday afternoon, Jordan said that he has questions about why Congress is aiming to pass a long-term spending bill in March before a reconciliation bill is passed.
