Rep. Sam Graves (R-Mo.) said he wants Congress to pass a highway bill focused on traditional infrastructure such as roads and bridges by next spring.
Graves, the chair of the House Transportation and Infrastructure Committee, participated in a Punchbowl News event Tuesday, where he also discussed overhauling the Federal Emergency Management Agency and the government shutdown’s impact on air travel.
