Trump plays both sides — again — on reconciliation process

President-elect Donald Trump still won’t say how he wants congressional Republicans to pass his top agenda items.

Trump’s refusal to publicly endorse a one-step or two-step process for his immigration and tax cut priorities had already caused confusion among Senate Republicans. And on Tuesday, Trump once again played both sides.
