What’s in a name? That which we call CISA, by any other name would smell as sweet.

With apologies to the bard, cybersecurity policy has a name problem.

Here’s the issue. CISA stands for both the 2015 Cybersecurity Information Sharing Act law and the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency, which was created in 2018. The first hasn’t been too controversial, the second one has.
