‘No Fakes’ bill is back with YouTube’s backing

News: A bipartisan bill that would crack down on unauthorized AI-generated recreations of voice and likeness is coming back – and this time, Google is on board.

Sens. Chris Coons (D-Del.) and Marsha Blackburn (R-Tenn.) tomorrow will introduce the legislation, known as the NO FAKES Act, which is a high priority for singers and actors.

Coons and Blackburn are hosting a news conference at 12:30 p.m. with representatives from the creative industry and Google-owned YouTube.
