FTC’s Ferguson may get his wish on answering to Trump

President Donald Trump’s Justice Department has said it’ll seek to subordinate several independent agencies to the will of the White House.

It’s a change that Federal Trade Commission Chair Andrew Ferguson has said he wants — although the road forward might be longer than some agency watchers think.
