Jensen Huang’s ‘badge of shame’ comment angers hawks

In a brief period of time, Nvidia’s CEO Jensen Huang has been able to notch several wins in Washington, but he’s often been at odds with Capitol Hill China hawks. Those tensions are now growing more intense.

Huang said in a Sept. 25 interview with the Bg2 podcast that the China hawk label is a “badge of shame” and isn’t “patriotic.” The remarks, amplified by Chinese state media, have proved increasingly irksome to several lawmakers.
