Top airlines and the president of the million-member Teamsters Union called on Congress to pass a clean CR, as more unions and corporations align with President Donald Trump and congressional Republicans.
Speaking at the White House Thursday, United CEO Scott Kirby said he doesn’t have a view about how Congress should handle the impasse over Obamacare subsidies, but implored lawmakers to pass a clean CR because the government shutdown has put “the whole economy at risk.”
