DOJ: We’re not prosecuting Garland over Biden tapes

The Justice Department made official on Friday what had been clear for months — Attorney General Merrick Garland won’t be criminally prosecuted for refusing to turn over audiotapes of Special Counsel Robert Hur’s interviews with President Joe Biden as part of the classified documents probe.
