The Kids Online Safety Act has faced a series of setbacks this fall — and K Street views a rally at the end of the year as unlikely.
In our most recent Canvass survey, just over a quarter of K Street leaders (27%) said KOSA was likely to pass in the lame-duck session. More than half of those responding said the measure was unlikely to move (53%).
