Former Rep. Yadira Caraveo (D-Colo.) announced Tuesday she is running to reclaim Colorado’s 8th District seat, one of the most competitive House battlegrounds in the country.
Caraveo first won the seat in 2022 but lost her reelection bid in November to Rep. Gabe Evans (R-Colo.). That race was one of the closest in the nation, with Evans winning by under 3,000 votes.
