Indiana GOP Gov. Mike Braun is calling the state Senate’s bluff on redistricting today.
The state’s chief executive finally noticed a special session Monday morning, calling the legislature back to Indianapolis on Nov. 3 to consider a redistricting proposal that would boot the last two Democrats from the delegation.
“I am calling a special legislative session to protect Hoosiers from efforts in other states that seek to diminish their voice in Washington and ensure their representation in Congress is fair,” Braun said in a statement.
