GOP aides see reconciliation bill as political problem

President Donald Trump on Friday signed into law the reconciliation bill extending the 2017 tax cuts and slashing $1.5 trillion in federal spending — finally ending congressional Republicans’ monthslong struggle to muscle through their agenda.
