Trump’s Fed fiddling causes Hill heartburn

President Donald Trump called on the Federal Reserve to lower interest rates late Wednesday night, just hours after the central bank announced it wouldn’t touch rates this month. The Fed faces deep uncertainty over the direction of the U.S. economy thanks in large part to Trump’s policies.
