It’s been a wild week for financial policy. What started as a referendum on crypto policy Monday night has lurched toward a potentially unwieldy fight over a bunch of other stuff on the other side of the Memorial Day recess.

But we think it’s worth stepping back into stablecoin policy for a moment. We caught up with two senators whose votes on the GENIUS Act changed over the course of the week: Sens. Raphael Warnock (D-Ga.) and Jerry Moran (R-Kan.).
